Pasta Gratin with Ham and Cheese

Ingredients
- 300 g Pasta
- 150 g Ham
- 150 g Gruyère
- 50 g Parmesan
- 200 ml Sour cream
- 20 g Butter
- 2.5 L Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 pinch Nutmeg
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C. Bring water to a boil and cook the pasta for 10 minutes (slightly al dente). Drain.
Step 2
Cut the ham into small pieces. Grate the Gruyère and Parmesan.
Step 3
In a baking dish, combine the drained pasta, sour cream, ham, and half of the Gruyère. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
Step 4
Sprinkle the remaining Gruyère and Parmesan on top. Dot with butter.
Step 5
Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes until golden and crispy. Serve hot.
