Cheese Pasta Bake
A rich and comforting baked pasta dish coated in a creamy milk and Gruyère sauce, baked until golden and crispy on top.

Ingredients
- 300 g Pasta
- 400 ml Milk
- 150 g Gruyère
- 25 g Flour
- 40 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the pasta al dente according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
Make a béchamel sauce: melt the butter, add the flour, stir for 1 minute, then gradually pour in the milk while stirring.
Step 3
Stir 100g of grated Gruyère into the sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Toss the pasta with the sauce.
Step 4
Pour into a baking dish. Sprinkle with the remaining Gruyère. Bake at 200°C for 12-15 minutes until golden.
