Chocolate and Hazelnut Pasta Gratin
An original indulgent dessert: pasta tossed with melted chocolate, topped with crushed hazelnuts and baked until golden. Sweet, rich, and decadent.
Ingredients
- 150 g Short pasta
- 100 g Dark chocolate
- 50 g Hazelnuts
- 40 g Butter
- 30 g Sugar
- 1 piece Egg
- 100 ml Milk
- 1.5 l Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Instructions
Step 1
Bring the water to a boil, lightly salt it and add the pasta. Cook according to package directions, then drain.
Step 2
Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it with the butter using a bain-marie or microwave.
Step 3
Pour the melted chocolate over the hot pasta and mix well.
Step 4
In a bowl, beat the egg with the sugar and vanilla, then pour into the pasta. Add the milk and mix.
Step 5
Crush the hazelnuts and fold them into the mixture. Mix well.
Step 6
Pour everything into a baking dish and bake at 190°C for 15-18 minutes until the top is golden.
