Creamy Cheese Pasta Bake

Ingredients
- 250 g Penne
- 200 ml Heavy cream
- 100 g Grated cheese (Emmental or Gruyère)
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 pinch Nutmeg
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Cook the penne in boiling salted water until al dente, then drain.
Step 3
In a baking dish, mix the hot penne with the heavy cream, season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg.
Step 4
Sprinkle the grated cheese on top and dot with small pieces of butter.
Step 5
Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown on top.
