Italian-Style Pasta Bake
A rich and satisfying pasta bake with ham and two cheeses. A comforting Italian classic that becomes special with just a few extra ingredients.

Ingredients
- 400 g Pasta
- 200 g Ham
- 150 g Gruyère
- 100 g Mozzarella
- 300 ml Tomato sauce
- 40 g Butter
- 1.5 L Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the pasta until 2 minutes before it's fully cooked.
Step 3
Cut the ham into small cubes.
Step 4
Drain the pasta and mix with the tomato sauce and ham.
Step 5
Pour the mixture into a buttered baking dish.
Step 6
Top with grated Gruyère and mozzarella.
Step 7
Dot with butter and bake for 20 minutes.
Step 8
Remove from the oven when the cheese is golden and let rest for 2 minutes.
