Bread and Gruyère Gratin (Revisited Panzanella)
A simple and savory gratin made with stale bread and Gruyère, topped with broccoli and carrot. Comfort food ready in 30 minutes.

Ingredients
- 150 g Sandwich bread
- 100 g Gruyère
- 200 g Broccoli
- 150 g Carrot
- 300 ml Water
- 15 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cut the broccoli into florets and the carrot into slices.
Step 2
Sauté the vegetables in a skillet for 8 minutes with a little water, season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Cut the bread into cubes and place them in an ovenproof dish.
Step 4
Add the cooked vegetables to the bread, pour in the remaining water, and mix well.
Step 5
Grate the Gruyère over the top and dot with small pieces of butter.
Step 6
Bake for 12-15 minutes until the cheese is golden and crispy.
