Bread and Gruyère Gratin with Vegetables

Ingredients
- 250 g Sandwich bread
- 200 g Broccoli
- 150 g Carrot
- 100 g Grated Gruyère
- 30 g Butter
- 250 ml Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Cut the bread into cubes and chop the vegetables into small pieces.
Step 3
Butter a baking dish and layer the bread and vegetables alternately.
Step 4
Pour water over everything, sprinkle generously with Gruyère, salt, and pepper.
Step 5
Bake for 18-20 minutes until the top is golden brown.
