- 250 g Farfalle
- 40 g Butter
- 2.5 L Water
- à volonté g Salt
- à volonté g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Step 2
Boil salted water and cook the farfalle until al dente.
Step 3
Drain the pasta and transfer to a baking dish.
Step 4
Add butter cut into pieces, salt and pepper, and mix well.
Step 5
Bake for 12-15 minutes until the top is lightly golden.
