Farfalle Gratin with Tomatoes and Gruyère

Ingredients
- 300 g Farfalle
- 3 piece Tomatoes
- 100 g Gruyère
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the farfalle al dente in a pot of salted water, then drain.
Step 2
Dice the tomatoes and mix them with the pasta in a baking dish.
Step 3
Grate the Gruyère and sprinkle evenly over the pasta, dot with butter.
Step 4
Bake at 200°C for 15 minutes until the cheese is golden and melted.
