Farfalle Gratin with Tomatoes and Gruyère
A classic French gratin: farfalle tossed with tomatoes and tomato sauce, baked in the oven with melted Gruyère cheese on top.

Ingredients
- 250 g Farfalle
- 2 piece Tomatoes
- 250 g Tomato sauce
- 80 g Gruyère
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the farfalle in salted boiling water for approximately 8 minutes (al dente).
Step 2
Meanwhile, dice the tomatoes and mix them with the tomato sauce in a bowl.
Step 3
Drain the pasta and mix it with the tomato sauce and fresh tomatoes.
Step 4
Pour the mixture into a buttered baking dish, sprinkle with grated Gruyère, and bake at 200°C for 15 minutes until golden.
