Shrimp and Carrot Gratin
A simple and indulgent gratin with shrimp and carrots topped with melted Gruyère cheese. A complete and comforting weeknight dish.

Ingredients
- 200 g Shrimp
- 2 pieces Carrot
- 80 g Gruyère
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 100 ml Water
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and slice the carrots into thin rounds.
Step 2
Cook the carrots in a pot with a little salted water for 8 minutes.
Step 3
Transfer the cooked carrots to a baking dish, then add the peeled shrimp.
Step 4
Top with grated Gruyère and small pieces of butter.
Step 5
Bake at 200°C for 8-10 minutes until golden.
