Zucchini Gratin with Goat Cheese and Thyme
Sliced zucchini gratinéed with melting rounds of goat cheese and fresh thyme. A simple and delicious Provençal dish.

Ingredients
- 2 piece zucchini
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- 150 g goat cheese log
- 2 piece eggs
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche
- 4 sprig fresh thyme
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C. Slice the zucchini thinly and cut the goat cheese into discs.
Step 2
Arrange zucchini slices and halved cherry tomatoes in an oiled baking dish, alternating with goat cheese discs.
Step 3
Beat the eggs with the crème fraîche and pour over the gratin. Strip the thyme leaves and sprinkle over the top.
Step 4
Bake for 22 minutes until the top is golden and the gratin is set.
