Baked Pasta with Ham and Broccoli

Ingredients
- 350 g Pasta shells
- 250 g Ham
- 400 g Fresh broccoli
- 100 g Gruyère shreds
- 50 g Butter
- 40 g Flour
- 400 ml Milk
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 pinch Nutmeg
- 2 l Water
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Step 2
Cook the pasta and broccoli in two separate pots of salted water.
Step 3
Cut the ham into cubes.
Step 4
Make a roux with butter and flour, then whisk in the milk to create a smooth béchamel sauce.
Step 5
Season the sauce with nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
Step 6
Mix the pasta, broccoli, ham, and sauce in a baking dish.
Step 7
Generously top with Gruyère shreds and bake for 15 minutes until golden.
