Pasta Shell and Olive Gratin
A comforting French-style gratin: pasta shells mixed with olives and baked in the oven with butter. Pure comfort food.

Ingredients
- 250 g Pasta shells
- 100 g Olives
- 30 g Butter
- 2 liters Water
- à volonté Salt
- à volonté Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Cook the pasta shells in salted water according to package instructions (about 10 minutes).
Step 3
Drain the pasta and transfer to an oven-safe dish.
Step 4
Add the olives and butter cut into pieces, mix well.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper, then bake for 15 minutes until lightly golden.
