Pasta Shells Gratin with Ham and Gruyère
A rich and flavorful gratin with pasta shells, ham, sour cream, and melted Gruyère cheese. Hearty and indulgent.

Ingredients
- 250 g Pasta shells
- 150 g Ham
- 100 g Grated Gruyère
- 150 ml Sour cream
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 piece Eggs
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the pasta shells in salted boiling water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
Dice the ham and mix with the pasta.
Step 3
In a bowl, combine sour cream, eggs, half the Gruyère, salt, and pepper.
Step 4
Pour the mixture over the pasta and ham, stir well. Butter a baking dish and transfer the mixture into it.
Step 5
Sprinkle remaining Gruyère on top. Bake at 200°C for 15 minutes until golden.
