Baked Pasta with Ham and Broccoli
A comforting and savory baked pasta dish with ham and vegetables, topped with melted golden cheese.

Ingredients
- 250 g Small pasta shells
- 150 g Ham
- 300 g Fresh broccoli
- 200 ml Crème fraîche
- 100 g Gruyère
- 200 ml Béchamel sauce
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 3 l Water
- 20 g Butter
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C. Boil salted water to cook the pasta.
Step 2
Clean the broccoli and cut into small florets. Cook the pasta and broccoli in boiling water for 8 minutes. Drain.
Step 3
Dice the ham. Grate the Gruyère finely.
Step 4
In a buttered baking dish, mix the drained pasta, broccoli, ham, and crème fraîche. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Top the gratin with grated Gruyère. Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
