Baked Pasta Shells with Ham and Cheese
A classic French comfort dish: creamy baked pasta shells with ham and melted cheese, rich and satisfying.

Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta shells
- 100 g Ham
- 80 g Grated Gruyère
- 150 ml Crème fraîche
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the pasta shells in salted boiling water according to package directions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cut the ham into small cubes.
Step 3
Drain the pasta and transfer to a buttered baking dish.
Step 4
Mix the pasta with crème fraîche, ham, salt, and pepper.
Step 5
Top generously with grated Gruyère and bake at 200°C for 12-15 minutes until golden.
Step 6
Remove from oven and let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
