Cauliflower, Ham, and Gruyère Gratin

Ingredients
- 800 g Cauliflower
- 200 g Ham
- 150 g Gruyère
- 40 g Butter
- 500 ml Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cut the cauliflower into florets and cook them in a pan with butter for 8 minutes.
Step 2
Dice the ham and add it to the cauliflower. Mix and transfer to a baking dish.
Step 3
Pour a little water at the bottom of the dish for moisture. Cover generously with grated Gruyère.
Step 4
Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is golden and melted.
