Cauliflower, Ham and Cheese Gratin
A comforting and flavorful French classic. Tender cauliflower baked with ham, cheese, and Gruyère for an irresistible golden crust.

Ingredients
- 500 g Cauliflower
- 150 g Ham
- 100 g Cheese
- 80 g Gruyère
- 40 g Butter
- 300 ml Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Clean the cauliflower and divide it into florets.
Step 2
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the cauliflower for 10 minutes. Drain well.
Step 3
Dice the ham and grate the cheese and Gruyère.
Step 4
Pour the cauliflower into a baking dish. Scatter the ham over top.
Step 5
Mix the two grated cheeses and spread evenly over the cauliflower.
Step 6
Dot with small pieces of butter. Bake for 15 minutes until the top is golden brown.
