Cauliflower and Potato Gratin with Walnuts

Ingredients
- 600 g Potatoes
- 400 g Cauliflower
- 100 g Walnuts
- 50 g Butter
- 250 ml Water
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Step 2
Cut the potatoes into 2cm cubes and the cauliflower into small florets.
Step 3
Cook the potatoes in salted boiling water for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Add the cauliflower and cook for another 10 minutes until tender.
Step 5
Drain the vegetables and place them in a buttered gratin dish.
Step 6
Crush the walnuts and sprinkle them over the gratin.
Step 7
Drizzle with melted butter, season with salt and pepper, and bake for 15 minutes.
