Cauliflower and Potato Gratin
A comforting French classic with cauliflower and potatoes baked in the oven with a creamy, golden sauce.

Ingredients
- 600 g Potato
- 400 g Cauliflower
- 200 ml Coconut milk
- 30 g Butter
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
- 150 ml Water
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and slice the potatoes thinly.
Step 2
Cut the cauliflower into small florets.
Step 3
Blanch the vegetables for 5 minutes in a pot of boiling salted water.
Step 4
Arrange the vegetables in a buttered baking dish.
Step 5
Mix the coconut milk with melted butter, salt and pepper.
Step 6
Pour the mixture over the vegetables.
Step 7
Bake at 200°C for 30 minutes until golden.
