Cauliflower and Ham Gratin
A classic and comforting French gratin with cauliflower, ham, and a generous cheese sauce.

Ingredients
- 600 g Cauliflower
- 150 g Ham
- 100 g Gruyère
- 40 g Butter
- 30 g Cheese
- 300 ml Water
- à volonté pinch Salt
- à volonté pinch Black pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Cut the cauliflower into small florets and cook in a pot with salted water for 8 minutes.
Step 3
Dice the ham.
Step 4
Melt the butter in a pan and prepare a sauce with the grated cheese and 100 ml of the cauliflower cooking water.
Step 5
Mix the cauliflower, ham, and sauce in a baking dish.
Step 6
Sprinkle with grated Gruyère and bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
