Cauliflower and Ham Gratin

Ingredients
- 400 g Cauliflower
- 100 g Ham
- 60 g Grated Parmesan
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Cut the cauliflower into florets and place them in a baking dish.
Step 3
Cut the ham into small pieces and scatter over the cauliflower.
Step 4
Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and mix well.
Step 5
Generously sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
Step 6
Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cauliflower is tender and the cheese is golden.
