Cauliflower and Ham Gratin
A comforting French classic made with cauliflower, ham and cheese baked until golden. Perfect for a weeknight meal.

Ingredients
- 400 g Cauliflower
- 100 g Ham
- 80 g Grated cheese
- 50 g Gruyère
- 25 g Butter
- 500 ml Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Cut the cauliflower into small florets and cook in salted boiling water for 8 minutes.
Step 3
Dice the ham and mix with the drained cauliflower.
Step 4
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, sprinkle the grated cheese on top with a few pieces of butter.
Step 5
Bake for 20 minutes until the top is golden.
