Cauliflower and Ham Gratin
A classic French comfort dish: cauliflower and ham topped with a creamy Gruyère sauce.

Ingredients
- 600 g Cauliflower
- 150 g Ham
- 100 g Gruyère
- 30 g Butter
- 1 l Water
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Black pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cut the cauliflower into small florets.
Step 2
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the cauliflower for 10 minutes. Drain.
Step 3
In a baking dish, arrange the cauliflower and ham pieces. Sprinkle with grated Gruyère.
Step 4
Melt the butter and distribute it over the gratin. Season with pepper.
Step 5
Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden. Serve hot.
