Cauliflower and Ham Gratin, French Style
A classic and comforting gratin combining tender cauliflower, savory ham, and melted cheese. A true Sunday dinner ready in 35 minutes.

Ingredients
- 400 g Cauliflower
- 150 g Ham
- 100 g Gruyère
- 40 g Butter
- 30 g Cheese
- à volonté pinch Salt and pepper
- 500 ml Water
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Divide the cauliflower into small florets and steam or boil for 8 minutes until partially cooked.
Step 3
Cut the ham into small pieces.
Step 4
In an oven-safe dish, arrange the cauliflower and ham.
Step 5
Make a béchamel: melt the butter, add a little flour (if available) or pour grated cheese directly. Pour over the cauliflower.
Step 6
Sprinkle with grated Gruyère and cheese.
Step 7
Bake for 15 minutes until the top is golden.
