Cauliflower and Ham Gratin
A classic French comfort dish: roasted cauliflower topped with ham and smothered in melting Gruyère. Hearty and simple to prepare.

Ingredients
- 600 g Cauliflower
- 150 g Ham
- 100 g Gruyère
- 20 g Butter
- 200 ml Water
- à volonté Salt
- à volonté Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Cut the cauliflower into small florets and arrange them in a baking dish.
Step 3
Cut the ham into small pieces and scatter over the cauliflower.
Step 4
Pour the water into the bottom of the dish and dot with butter.
Step 5
Grate the Gruyère and sprinkle generously over the mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 6
Bake for 25 minutes until the cheese is golden and the cauliflower is tender.
