Cauliflower and Ham Gratin
A rich and savory French gratin with cauliflower, ham and melted Gruyère cheese baked until golden. Perfect for a winter evening.

Ingredients
- 400 g Cauliflower
- 150 g Ham
- 80 g Grated Gruyère
- 20 g Butter
- 1 l Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Cut the cauliflower into florets and cook for 10 minutes in salted boiling water.
Step 3
Drain and transfer to a baking dish.
Step 4
Add the ham cut into small pieces on top of the cauliflower.
Step 5
Cover with grated Gruyère and dot with butter.
Step 6
Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
