Cauliflower and Ham Gratin
A classic French comfort dish with cauliflower, ham, and melted Gruyère cheese. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
- 1 piece Cauliflower
- 150 g Ham
- 100 g Gruyère
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 500 ml Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C and cut the cauliflower into florets.
Step 2
Boil the cauliflower in salted water for 8 minutes, then drain.
Step 3
Prepare a béchamel sauce: melt the butter, add the flour, pour in the water while stirring until thickened.
Step 4
Dice the ham and mix it with the cauliflower in a gratin dish.
Step 5
Pour the béchamel over the cauliflower and sprinkle with grated Gruyère.
Step 6
Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
