Cauliflower and Ham Gratin
A comforting French classic: tender cauliflower topped with a generous cheese sauce and enhanced with crispy ham.

Ingredients
- 500 g Cauliflower
- 150 g Ham
- 100 g Gruyère
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 1 L Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C. Break the cauliflower into small florets.
Step 2
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the cauliflower for 10 minutes, then drain.
Step 3
Cut the ham into small cubes and grate the Gruyère.
Step 4
Butter a gratin dish, arrange the cauliflower, and sprinkle with ham.
Step 5
Cover generously with grated Gruyère and bake for 15 minutes until golden.
Step 6
Remove from oven and serve hot.
