Cauliflower and Broccoli Gratin
A light and savory French gratin with cheese. Perfect as a main dish or comforting side.

Ingredients
- 300 g Cauliflower
- 200 g Broccoli
- 80 g Gruyère
- 30 g Parmesan
- 20 g Butter
- à volonté pinch Salt
- à volonté pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Cut the cauliflower and broccoli into small florets and blanch for 5 minutes in boiling salted water.
Step 3
Drain the vegetables and arrange them in a baking dish.
Step 4
Grate the cheeses and mix them together, then sprinkle generously over the vegetables.
Step 5
Add small knobs of butter on top, season with salt and pepper.
Step 6
Bake for 15 minutes until the cheese is golden and melted.
