Cauliflower and Broccoli Cheese Gratin
A comforting and indulgent gratin perfect for the whole family. Béchamel sauce and cheese make the vegetables irresistible.

Ingredients
- 350 g Cauliflower
- 350 g Broccoli
- 40 g Butter
- 30 g Flour
- 400 ml Milk
- 100 g Grated cheese (Emmental or Comté)
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
- 1 L Water
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Bring water to a boil and cook the vegetables for 10 minutes. Drain.
Step 3
Melt the butter in a pot, add the flour and stir for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Gradually pour in the milk while whisking to make a smooth béchamel.
Step 5
Add 70g of cheese, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Step 6
Place the vegetables in a baking dish and pour the sauce over them.
Step 7
Sprinkle the remaining cheese and bake for 20 minutes until golden.
