Cauliflower and Broccoli Gratin

- 400 g Cauliflower
- 400 g Broccoli
- 40 g Butter
- 400 ml Coconut milk
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
- 500 ml Water

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Cut the cauliflower and broccoli into small florets.
Step 3
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the vegetables for 8 minutes until half-cooked.
Step 4
Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the coconut milk, season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Drain the vegetables and transfer them to a baking dish.
Step 6
Pour the sauce over the vegetables and bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
