Cauliflower and Broccoli Gratin
A comforting French classic with a light béchamel sauce, baked until golden. Perfect as a side dish or light main course.

Ingredients
- 400 g Cauliflower
- 400 g Broccoli
- 40 g Butter
- 40 g Flour
- 400 ml Coconut milk
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the cauliflower and broccoli into small florets
Step 2
Bring a pot of salted water to boil and cook the vegetables for 8 minutes
Step 3
Drain the vegetables and place them in a baking dish
Step 4
Make a roux with the butter and flour, then gradually add the coconut milk
Step 5
Pour the sauce over the vegetables and bake at 180°C for 15 minutes
