Cauliflower and Broccoli Gratin

Ingredients
- 450 g Cauliflower
- 350 g Broccoli
- 40 g Butter
- 200 ml Water
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Cut the cauliflower and broccoli into florets.
Step 3
Arrange the vegetables in a buttered Dutch oven, season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Pour the water and dot the vegetables with butter.
Step 5
Cover and bake for 20-25 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Step 6
Serve hot directly from the Dutch oven.
