Cauliflower and Broccoli Gratin
A classic French gratin combining cauliflower and broccoli in a creamy coconut milk sauce, baked until golden.

Ingredients
- 500 g Cauliflower
- 400 g Broccoli
- 400 ml Coconut milk
- 30 g Butter
- 30 g Flour
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
- 500 ml Water
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cut the cauliflower and broccoli into small florets.
Step 2
Blanch the vegetables in boiling salted water for 8 minutes, then drain.
Step 3
Make a béchamel: melt the butter, add the flour, stir for 2 minutes, then gradually incorporate the coconut milk and water.
Step 4
Pour the vegetables into a baking dish, cover with sauce, season and bake for 20 minutes until golden.
