Cauliflower Gratin with Two Cheeses
A traditional and indulgent French gratin with cauliflower, Gruyère and Parmesan. Generously browned in the oven for a comforting dish.

Ingredients
- 500 g Cauliflower
- 100 g Gruyère
- 50 g Parmesan
- 25 g Butter
- 15 ml Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper

Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Cut cauliflower into florets and cook for 8 minutes in salted boiling water.
Step 3
Drain the cauliflower and arrange in a buttered baking dish.
Step 4
Grate the Gruyère and Parmesan. Sprinkle evenly over the cauliflower.
Step 5
Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
