Cauliflower and Parmesan Gratin
A simple and flavorful gratin with cauliflower and cheese. Perfect as a side dish or light main course.

Ingredients
- 500 g Cauliflower
- 80 g Grated Parmesan
- 60 g Grated Gruyère
- 20 g Butter
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- à volonté Salt
- à volonté Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cut the cauliflower into small florets.
Step 2
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the florets for 8 minutes. Drain well.
Step 3
In a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil. Arrange the cauliflower, drizzle with oil, season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Mix the two cheeses together. Sprinkle generously over the cauliflower. Dot with small pieces of butter.
Step 5
Bake for 12 minutes until the cheese is golden. Serve hot.
