Cauliflower Gratin with Gruyère
A rich and creamy gratin where tender cauliflower pairs beautifully with melted Gruyère. Perfect as a main or side dish.

Ingredients
- 600 g Cauliflower
- 100 g Gruyère
- 30 g Butter
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- à volonté Salt
- à volonté Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Cut the cauliflower into small florets and boil in salted water for 8 minutes.
Step 3
Drain the cauliflower and transfer to a baking dish.
Step 4
Grate the Gruyère and spread over the cauliflower. Dot with butter pieces.
Step 5
Bake for 15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
