Cheesy Cauliflower Gratin
A classic French comfort food made simple. Tender cauliflower baked with Gruyère and cheese is the ultimate comfort dish.

Ingredients
- 500 g Cauliflower
- 150 g Cheese
- 100 g Gruyère
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1000 ml Water
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cut the cauliflower into small florets.
Step 2
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the cauliflower for 8 minutes until tender.
Step 3
Drain the cauliflower and arrange it in a baking dish.
Step 4
In a bowl, mix the cheese with the grated Gruyère and pepper.
Step 5
Pour the cheese mixture over the cauliflower and dot with small pieces of butter.
Step 6
Bake for 15 minutes until the gratin is golden.
