- 500 g Carrots
- 300 g Mackerel or Fresh Tuna
- 50 g Flour
- 40 g Butter
- 10 g Sugar
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
- 150 ml Water

Preheat the oven to 200°C

Slice the carrots into rounds and cut the fish into bite-sized pieces
Step 3
Arrange the carrots and fish in a baking dish, season with salt and pepper
Step 4
Make the crumble by mixing flour, softened butter, and sugar with your fingertips
Step 5
Pour water into the dish and sprinkle the crumble over the top

Bake for 25 minutes until golden and carrots are tender
