Broccoli and Potato Gratin
A classic French gratin that's comforting and flavorful, with tender broccoli, potatoes, and melting Gruyère cheese.

Ingredients
- 600 g Potatoes
- 400 g Broccoli
- 150 g Gruyère
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Peel and slice the potatoes into 5mm thick rounds.
Step 3
Cut broccoli into small florets.
Step 4
Blanch potatoes and broccoli for 5 minutes in salted boiling water, then drain.
Step 5
Butter a baking dish and arrange the vegetables alternately.
Step 6
Grate the Gruyère and sprinkle over the top. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 7
Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is golden and melted.
