Broccoli and Potato Gratin with Gruyère

Ingredients
- 600 g Potatoes
- 400 g Broccoli
- 150 g Gruyère
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Peel and slice the potatoes into thin rounds. Cut the broccoli into small florets.
Step 3
Arrange the potatoes in a baking dish, salt and pepper them.
Step 4
Add the broccoli on top, sprinkle with grated Gruyère and dot with butter.
Step 5
Bake for 30 minutes until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden.
