Broccoli and Potato Gratin with Gruyère
A classic and comforting gratin where broccoli and potatoes melt beneath a crispy layer of Gruyère. Perfect for an easy weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
- 600 g Potatoes
- 400 g Broccoli
- 150 g Shredded Gruyère
- 30 g Butter
- 250 ml Milk or cream
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Peel and slice the potatoes thinly (5mm). Cut the broccoli into small florets.
Step 3
In a gratin dish, alternate layers of potatoes and broccoli. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Heat the milk with the butter in a saucepan, then pour over the vegetables.
Step 5
Top generously with shredded Gruyère and bake for 25 minutes until golden and bubbling.
