Broccoli and Potato Gratin with Gruyère
A comforting and vegetarian gratin with broccoli, potatoes, and melted Gruyère. Perfect for an easy weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
- 600 g Potatoes
- 400 g Broccoli
- 150 g Grated Gruyère
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Peel and slice the potatoes thinly. Wash and cut the broccoli into small florets.
Step 3
Cook the potatoes in boiling salted water for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Add the broccoli 5 minutes before the end of cooking.
Step 5
Drain everything and arrange in a buttered baking dish. Cover with grated Gruyère and bake for 15 minutes until golden.
