Broccoli and Potato Gratin with Gruyère
A comforting French classic: potatoes and broccoli baked with cheese. Perfect for a hearty weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
- 600 g Potatoes
- 400 g Broccoli
- 150 g Gruyère
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 200 ml Water
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and slice the potatoes thinly. Cut the broccoli into small florets.
Step 2
Boil the potatoes in salted water for 10 minutes, add the broccoli, and cook for 5 more minutes.
Step 3
Drain and transfer to a baking dish. Season with salt and pepper, then cover with grated cheese.
Step 4
Bake at 200°C for 12 minutes until golden.
