Broccoli and Ham Gratin
A comforting gratin featuring broccoli, ham, and a creamy Gruyère cheese sauce. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
- 400 g Broccoli
- 150 g Ham
- 100 g Gruyère
- 30 g Butter
- 25 g Flour
- 400 ml Water
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Cut the broccoli into small florets and cook in salted boiling water for 8 minutes.
Step 3
Dice the ham into small pieces.
Step 4
Make a béchamel sauce: melt the butter, add the flour, stir well, and gradually pour in the water.
Step 5
Stir 75g of Gruyère into the béchamel, season with salt and pepper.
Step 6
Drain the broccoli, mix it with the ham, and place in a gratin dish.
Step 7
Pour the béchamel over the broccoli and ham, top with the remaining Gruyère.
Step 8
Bake for 12 minutes until lightly golden.
