Broccoli and Ham Gratin with Cheese
An indulgent and easy French gratin: tender broccoli coated in creamy sauce with ham and melted cheese. Comforting and ready in 25 minutes.

Ingredients
- 400 g Broccoli
- 150 g Ham
- 100 g Cheese
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 500 ml Water
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Bring salted water to boil in a pot, add the broccoli and cook for 8 minutes until partially cooked.
Step 3
Drain the broccoli and place in a baking dish. Cut the ham into small pieces and scatter over the broccoli.
Step 4
Melt the butter in the pot and mix with grated cheese to create a sauce. Pour over the broccoli.
Step 5
Bake for 12-15 minutes until the top is golden brown.
Step 6
Serve hot.
