Broccoli and Gruyère Gratin

Ingredients
- 600 g Broccoli
- 100 g Gruyère
- 40 g Butter
- 30 g Flour
- 300 ml Water
- 5 g Salt
- 2 pinch Pepper

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Cut the broccoli into small florets and cook for 8 minutes in salted boiling water.
Step 3
Make a béchamel sauce: melt the butter, add the flour, then pour in the water while stirring.
Step 4
Add the grated Gruyère to the béchamel, season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Transfer the broccoli to a baking dish, cover with sauce, and bake for 15 minutes until golden.
