Broccoli and Gruyère Gratin
A creamy and rich broccoli gratin topped with melted Gruyère cheese. Perfect as a main dish or side, ready in 30 minutes.

Ingredients
- 400 g Broccoli
- 100 g Gruyère
- 40 g Butter
- 30 g Flour
- 300 ml Milk
- à volonté pinch Salt
- à volonté pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Cut broccoli into small florets and cook for 8 minutes in boiling salted water. Drain.
Step 3
Make a béchamel sauce: create a roux with butter and flour, then gradually add the milk while whisking.
Step 4
Simmer for 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Place the broccoli in a gratin dish and pour the béchamel sauce over it.
Step 6
Sprinkle grated Gruyère on top and bake for 10 minutes until golden.
